Bamboo Haven (~1850sf) is a stylish new contemporary home, light, bright and airy, with beautiful furnishings and bamboo flooring. The living room has a dining area and is open to the kitchen, which has bar seating. Off the living room, there are a master bedroom, with its own bathroom and deck, two other bedrooms and a second, full bath. There's also an office with desk set, and stairs to a loft with reading area. Steps from the dining area lead to the fenced yard, outdoor dining, gas grill, lawn, and hot tub. From the yard, there are steps up to a separate building with game room and pool table (quiet hours 10pm-9am must be observed in this room especially - see below). Neighborhood river access is a short walk away.
