Beach Retreat (~1300sf) is a riverfront home, enjoying the most beautiful of natural settings, with a wall of glass looking out to trees and gardens. The living room is open to the kitchen, with a dining area. The kitchen opens to the deck, outdoor dining, yard, and river access. Off the living area, there are two bathrooms and three bedrooms. Out the front door, there's a deck with hot tub and privacy fencing. From the rear deck, there are stairs to the rear yard, which has a fenced dog run off the house. A gate in the fence leads through to the rest of the yard and to the path to the neighborhood beach.
Please help keep our neighbors happy and our neighborhoods vacation rental-friendly. By County Ordinance, quiet hours are 10pm-9am. After 10pm, please keep voices quiet and hot tub jets on low.
