Guernewood Landing is a beautifully remodeled riverfront home. The living room is open to the kitchen, with a dining area. Off the living room, there's a bathroom, a bedroom, and master bedroom suite with second bathroom. The living room opens to a large, riverfront deck with outdoor dining and hot tub. River access is down a set of steps from the yard.
Please help keep our neighbors happy and our neighborhoods vacation rental-friendly. By County Ordinance, quiet hours are 10pm-9am. After 10pm, please keep voices quiet and hot tub jets on low.
Please note that this is a riverfront home with a dock. Docks are generally in place from mid-June/early July to mid-September, depending on when the summer dams are installed. There are plenty of other ways to enjoy the river, if a dock is not in place at the time of your visit, such as a short walk or drive to a neighborhood and town public beach or renting a canoe from Burke's. Boats are generally not available when docks are not in place.
