There's a half bath on this floor. The living area opens to the lower deck, outdoor dining, and hot tub. On the second level, there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. On the third level, there's another full bathroom and bedroom with its own deck. The upper deck and lower deck are connected by an exterior staircase. From the yard, there's a path to the neighborhood beach.
Please help keep our neighbors happy and our neighborhoods vacation rental-friendly. By County Ordinance, quiet hours are 10pm-9am. After 10pm, please keep voices quiet and hot tub jets on low.
