In front of the house, there's a large, sunny clearing with garden, seasonal unheated* swimming pool, hot tub and pond.
*The pool is unheated, but it has a solar blanket and is in full sun all day every day, so generally stays warm enough through the summer. On the edge of the property, behind high privacy fencing, there is a cottage with a full-time tenant. No other near neighbors.
