The upper level has an open floor plan with living room, gourmet kitchen, and dining area, which opens to a deck with outdoor dining. Also on the upper level, there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. From the upper deck, there are stairs to the lower level. On the lower level (exterior access only), the third bedroom has its own full bathroom, and opens to a patio with hot tub and seasonal swimming pool. In the front yard, there are terraced gardens and outdoor seating. Not recommended for children under six due to swimming pool and steep drop-off.
