Located on a redwood-studded hillside, with wonderful views of forest and sky through artful windows and skylights and filled with mid-century decor, Velouria (~625sf main house; ~75sf satellite bedroom) is a treat for the eyes and makes for a very unique treehouse. The double height living room has a solarium dining area which opens to a dining deck. The bathroom and kitchen are off the main living space. Up a narrow spiral staircase, there's a loft bedroom, open to the living area below. The satellite bedroom is located down two flights of outdoor steps (only bathroom is in main house). Down a third flight of steps, there's a sun deck with loungers. Down a fourth flight of ladder steps, there's a hot tub. This home is not recommended for children under 12 or for people not very steady on their feet or able to navigate narrow spaces.
