Walkthrough:
Palazzo’s entry is down a set of garden stairs. The central living area opens on one side to the kitchen with its own deck. On the other side, there's a dining area and full bath. Down interior stairs, on the lower level, there’s a den, which opens to the rear patio, outdoor dining, and *seasonal solar-heated pool (closed Oct-Apr), a master suite with full bath, two other bedrooms, a hall bath, and deck with hot tub. House is approximately 2400sf.

*Please note:
-There is a steep drop-off at edge of pool terrace and very fine art/materials throughout home; Children under 10 and very active dogs of any size strongly discouraged.
-The last stretch of road to the house is very steep (that’s what it takes to get the view!).
-The pool is closed and winterized Oct through Apr. When open May through Sept, pool is solar-heated + uncovered, meaning temperature is weather dependent and rarely above 82 degrees. There pool is not fenced separately from the rest of the yard, and there is no cover.
